Looking to build a RIT/R but cant find any builds can you guys suggest any good builds?

well as asking for builds is against the rules i can point you to a site dedicated to guildwars builds. it has all of the current meta builds and guides for them.

You've been linked to PvX...that should be an adequate starting point. If you want help on builds, the least you could do is to post the a build you currently have for comment. I accept there are very few "Rt/R" builds on PvX, so that should tell you something from the start. I never really know whether people give a secondary when they ask for builds because they want to use that secondary, or that's just what they've been since birth.

As said, just "asking for builds" is against the forum guidelines, especially given the level of information you provided. So..
